Venturlinks makes no independent investigation to verify the integrity of the information submitted to potential investors and makes no representations or warranties with respect to the truthfulness of the information provided by applicant entrepreneurs. As a result, potential investors must conduct their own investigation of the merits and risks of each investment opportunity, and independently negotiate the terms of their investment. All investors are strongly encouraged to seek legal and other professional counsel prior to making such investments.

Clients

Company listings on this site are ONLY suitable for accredited investors who are familiar with and willing to accept the high risks associated with private investments. Sole Use of Access

Clients, who subscribe to Venturlinks access, accept to use their access for their solely and unique use. All access information should be kept confidential.

We reserve the right to lock out or remove any accounts that violate these terms of use, or for any other reason, without prior notice or warning.

Payment Process

a) Buying Process

The client chose in the webiste www.venturlinks.com, the access that he would like to subscribe. When he clicks on the subscription button for Angel Investors or Entrepreneurs access, he goes into a Paypal subscription page,

b) Contract

The contract is an instant contract processed through Internet. It is concluded between the « Buyer », the « Client », as soon as the payment is processed and received by the Vendor, Venturlinks.

c) Price

Prices that are presented in this website are fixed and final to the date at which the payment is processed. The Vendor « Venturlinks » owns the right to adapt prices of its subscriptions in relation with the market evolution. The price is 14,99 euros, by month for entrepreneurs and  149,99 by year for investors. Entrepreneurs and investors could stop their subscription through paypal or by sending an e-mail to admin@venturlinls.com

Sponsors and Partners

In its partners and sponsors strategy, Venturlinks present links to partners and sponsors’ websites. In any case, Venturlinks won’t be held liable for any litigation between clients of Venturlinks and any partners and sponsors of Venturlinks.

Removal of illicit content

Business postings related to the pornography, adult, or gambling industry will be removed at the discretion of Venturlinks. Such removals can be performed without prior communication or explanation to the poster.

Limitation of Responsibility

Membership on Venturlinks does not constitute an offer by Venturlinks to sell or the solicitation by Venturlinks of an offer to buy any investment interest in the business ventures of applicant entrepreneurs. The actual sale or purchase of an investment interest shall be a private and independent transaction between the entrepreneur and the investor members without any participation by or remuneration to Venturlinks. In no event will Venturlinks be liable for any loss of earnings or any other commercial damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential or other indirect damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in correlation with an independent transaction, agreement, or interaction between site members.
